No Admission to scientific sessions!
The reduced registration fee only applies, if it is credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering before the respective deadlines without making an actual payment is not sufficient for obtaining the reduced fee. Pre-registration without payment of the registration fee is possible. The full on-site fee is to be paid at the registration desk.
After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation of registration by the congress office. After your payment has been received, you will receive a separate confirmation per Email. Kindly note that payments made within 2 weeks prior to the conference cannot be confirmed. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.
After July 7, 2014, pre-registration will be closed but you may register at the "On-site registration desk".

Registration fees may be refunded as follows:
- before April 22, 2014: 75% refund
- between April 23 and June 13, 2014: 25% refund
- after June 14, 2014: no refund
